Job Title: Senior Project Architect

Degree Holder in Architecture, from a recognized university. Minimum of 15 years design experience, A flair for design, strong technical, conceptual and analytical skills.

Good understanding of Architectural Desktop or AutoCAD, Revit Studio Max, Photoshop Autodesk VIZ desirable.

Responsibilities include: Plan and manage project from concept design to practical completion stage, Obtaining and defining project brief, development of the initial brief into a concept proposal & its presentations to the user, Ensuring design development and detail documentation in line with concept design, Manage the design process to provide value added solutions and ensure that high quality and cost effective, on time solutions, Liaising with clients and authorities for necessary approvals, Supervising and coordinating Architect design and drawings with other disciplines, Checking of detail design drawings and compilation of specification for tender issue, Compilation and submittal of applications to Dubai Municipality and other bodies when required, Preparing tender drawings and documentation, Independently handling review and approval of shop drawings and submittals, Conducting periodic site supervision, Assisting Head of Design in development and review of standard specifications and design guides, Training and developing draftsmen and monitoring their performance
