A Leading Dubai based Developer is on the lookout for suitable candidates for its in-house Architectural Team. Projects will be primarily located in the Gulf region but managed out of their Dubai offices. A world class work environment and remuneration at par with the best in the industry awaits the selected candidates.

At least 8 to 10 years of experience in leading in-house design teams, display mentoring/ leadership capabilities and be able to work with a high degree of integrity as team players.

Architects with over 4 years of experience may also apply for mid to entry level positions in the Architectural Department.

Design experience in Large Projects, designing Tall Buildings and in Residential, Commercial and Hospitality and Mixed-use developments is a must.

Experience / specialization in Master Planning and / or Architectural Conceptualization, Architectural Detailing is an added asset.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max and other architectural and graphic design software is essential.

Candidates must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
