They believe that modern architecture is a truly collaborative process involving design, planning and engineering and that every building they create needs to be fully in context with its location and cultural sensitivities as well as being functional, dynamic and visually appealing.

Due to their increased success and expansion throughout the UAE region, there is currently a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to join their Dubai office as Architectural Design Director.

The Ideal Candidate for this role will:

Have a recognised Architectural Qualification

Hold a current membership to RIBA, AIA or a similar professional association

Have experience working in a large multinational architectural organization

Be at Principle / Director level within their current company

Have experience working on High Rise Projects

Have excellent presentation skills and a fantastic portfolio

They have an outstanding track record within the retail sector, creating and managing leading consumer brands, pushing them to the top of their categories and making them instantly recognisable household names.

Due to new and ongoing projects, there is currently an immediate opening in their Dubai offices for a Creative Design Architect to join them in a senior capacity.

The Ideal Candidate, for this position will possess;

A recognised Architectural degree

Extensive working experience on retail stores and the design and construction large shopping malls as well as knowledge of current retail trends.

A high level of skill in all aspects of architectural planning, retail/mall master planning and concept design development

Membership of one or more professional body such as RIBA or AIA

A good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2005, Vectorworks, Adobe Creative Suite

Very strong presentation and communication skills

A very strong portfolio which clearly demonstrates their suitability for the position

International work experience will be considered a strong asset as well as a working knowledge of sustainable design and LEED standards.
