Architecture Job Title: Architect

Must have hands on experience in High rise buildings and residential projects

Must have experience in Various industries , Retail, Hospitality, Residential etc.

Should have excellent knowledge in Manpower management.

Should be able to review and approve architectural material samples and mock up samples.

Must be able to discuss with site engineers for proper construction methodology.

Must report all matters to immediate superior.
Must maintain daily time sheets and submitting the same to Divisional head of Architectural department on a weekly basis.

Must be able to make presentations to the team as and when required.

Has to attend meetings with clients.

Has to make site visits with the clients.

Review bill of quantities and architectural specifications prepared by the QS based on architectural drawings.
