We have many positions to fill within one Design Firm based in Dubai, these roles range from junior level to senior level within the Architecture team. You will be working in a team of designers, creating the exterior within 4 towers based in Abu Dhabi, this is a permanent position. The towers will include residential properties, hotels, hospitality, banking, retail, lobbies, reception rooms and all of the details that need to be created within it. You must have a portfolio of your best work proving your ability and style as an interior designer and it must include only your own work.

Assume the role of assistant to senior designer or design director to undertake design tasks assigned.

Project Team member assigned to develop design solutions for delegated interior projects.

Architecture Job Title: Lead Architect

They are a multi-disciplinary consultant firm covering areas such as Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering and Quantity Surveying.

Our client has also developed and implemented its own QA/QC procedures for site management. Key Accountabilities
• Participating in the definition of stores standards, in coordination with Corporate Development, Corporate Merchandise and Operations, taking into account Country specific needs
• Defining standard budget/costs for new stores development (Value Engineering)
• Participating in the development of new design concepts and prototypes, to be shared with Merchandise and operations.and to monitor projects from beginning to end.
• Negotiating and finalizing design contracts
• Managing and directing drafters
• Selection and submitting of finished material to client/consultant and project manager
• Giving final approval to the selection of finishing materials
• Following up design execution through construction and fit-out
• Developing new design concepts and performing design developments
• Preparing working and shop drawings for design and construction phases
• Providing details for construction team
• Maintaining regular contacts with consultants and clients to tackle their concerns and issues
Skills
• Education: Bachelor of Architecture
• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years, at least 5 years in U.A.E
• Advanced Computer skills
• Management Skills
• Analytical / Problem Solving Skills
